Shipping Policy
TVC Robotics may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders where
applicable.
Due to the size, weight, value, and sensitivity of robotics equipment and related
products, orders may be shipped using parcel carriers or freight services,
including but not limited to:
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- USPS
- LTL freight carriers
TVC Robotics reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier
and shipping method to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in the same condition in which it was received
- unused
- in the original factory packaging
- include all accessories, manuals, and protective materials
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Definition of “Used”
An item is considered used and therefore not eligible for return if any of the
following conditions apply:
- the product has been removed from its original factory packaging
- the product has been powered on or activated
- the product shows signs of use or cosmetic damage

seals, security stickers, labels, or protective packaging have been removed or
altered
Restocking Fee
Once an order has shipped (left our warehouse), approved returns may be subject to
a 20% restocking fee.
If a cancellation request is received before the order ships, a full refund may be
issued with no restocking fee.
Refund processing may take:
- up to 24 hours to process
- 3–5 business days to appear on your bank or payment statement.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to:
- a confirmed defect
- a shipping error made by TVC Robotics.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Address
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once a
return request has been approved.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
For freight shipments, customers must inspect the shipment at delivery and note
any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting the
shipment.
Failure to document damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a claim with
the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- custom-built or special-order products
- products configured or modified specifically for a customer
- personalized or branded items
- hazardous materials or flammable goods
- sale or clearance items
- gift cards
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before
purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if
approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or
return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must still:
- be unused
- remain in original packaging
- include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund
has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your payment
provider.
