TVC Robotics offers professional diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services for
Unitree Robotics products, including G1 humanoids, GO2 quadrupeds, and B2
industrial platforms, along with supported variants and configurations.
Our technical team services advanced robotics systems and accessories such as:
- LiDAR systems
- sensors
- cameras
- thermal imaging systems
- robotic servo assemblies
All repair work, labor, diagnostics, and parts provided by TVC Robotics are paid
services and are not included under manufacturer warranty coverage.
Repair estimates and service quotes are provided by our technical team before any
service work is performed.
Warranty Assistance
TVC Robotics does not provide its own warranty, but we assist customers in
facilitating manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
Warranty coverage, approval, and outcomes are determined solely by the
manufacturer.
We may assist by:
- collecting required information
- coordinating communication with the manufacturer
- supporting the warranty process where possible
Manufacturer warranty terms typically do not cover:
- third-party labor
