Warranty Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Overview

TVC Robotics does not provide its own warranty on products sold through this
website.

All warranty coverage is provided solely by the product manufacturer, according to
the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, limitations, and approval.

TVC Robotics may assist customers in contacting the manufacturer and helping
facilitate communication when possible. However, TVC Robotics does not guarantee
warranty approval, repair outcomes, replacement decisions, or service timelines.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary depending on the product and
manufacturer.

Where available, warranty information is listed on the individual product page.

Final warranty decisions — including approval, repair, replacement, or denial —
are determined solely by the manufacturer.

TVC Robotics’ Role

TVC Robotics may assist customers by:

  • helping facilitate communication with the manufacturer
  • collecting preliminary information for warranty claims
  • assisting with coordination or logistics where possible

However, TVC Robotics does not:

  • provide its own warranty coverage
  • guarantee manufacturer warranty approval
  • cover manufacturer repair or replacement costs
  • cover shipping costs, labor costs, or operational downtime under warranty

Reporting Issues

Customers should report potential warranty issues as soon as reasonably possible
after discovery.

To assist with a warranty request, customers may be required to provide:

  • proof of purchase from TVC Robotics
  • order number
  • product serial number
  • photos or video of the issue
  • confirmation of basic troubleshooting steps

Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent warranty assistance.

Warranty Eligibility & Limitations

Warranty coverage may be denied or voided by the manufacturer if issues are caused
by:

  • misuse or abuse
  • accidents or physical damage
  • unauthorized modification or repair
  • improper storage, handling, or transportation
  • use of unsupported accessories or components
  • cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear

Warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer and may vary by product.

Software, Firmware, and AI Behavior

Robotics systems may include software, firmware, artificial intelligence, and
autonomous functions that are continuously evolving.

Software or firmware updates may:

  • modify system behavior
  • change performance characteristics
  • adjust available features
  • improve or limit certain capabilities

These changes do not constitute a defect under warranty.

Repairs Outside of Warranty

In some cases, TVC Robotics may offer paid diagnostics, repairs, or service for
products outside of manufacturer warranty coverage.

Please note:

  • TVC Robotics service labor is not covered under manufacturer warranty
  • repair or service quotes may be provided by our technical team
  • paid service requires separate approval and payment.

Geographic Limitations

Warranty assistance provided by TVC Robotics is available only within the United
States and applies only to products purchased directly from TVC Robotics.

Manufacturer warranty coverage may vary depending on geographic region.

Original Purchaser Requirement

To receive warranty assistance through TVC Robotics, the claimant must be the
original purchaser and must provide a valid order number.

Transferability of manufacturer warranties is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVC Robotics is not responsible for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • lost revenue or missed business opportunities
  • operational downtime
  • business interruption or data loss

No Implied Warranties

TVC Robotics makes no implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose.

All warranty obligations are provided exclusively by the product manufacturer,
where applicable.
