Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our distribution and fulfillment facilities located in
Florida, United States, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Availability

TVC Robotics currently ships within the United States.

At this time we primarily offer shipping within the continental United States
(48 contiguous states).

Shipping outside the United States may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may
involve additional:

  • shipping charges
  • duties and import taxes
  • customs processing
  • export restrictions

International shipments must be approved by TVC Robotics prior to order processing.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

TVC Robotics ships orders using a variety of carriers depending on product size,
weight, value, and shipping destination.

Shipping carriers may include:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • USPS
  • freight or LTL carriers for large equipment

TVC Robotics reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier and
method to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional orders where
applicable.

Eligibility for free shipping may depend on:

  • order value
  • product size or weight
  • shipping destination
  • freight requirements

Certain products, including large robotics equipment, may require freight shipping
even if the order qualifies for free shipping promotions.

Standard Shipping (United States)

For orders shipped within the continental United States:

  • shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • available carriers and delivery options are displayed during checkout
  • shipping costs depend on product size, weight, and destination

Expedited Shipping

Expedited or priority shipping may be available upon request.

Availability, pricing, carrier selection, and delivery timelines must be confirmed
with TVC Robotics before shipment.

Expedited shipping services are subject to carrier availability and cannot be
guaranteed.

Shipping Time & Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Estimated shipping times:

  • begin once the carrier has picked up the order
  • do not include weekends or holidays
  • are estimates only and are not guaranteed

TVC Robotics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather conditions
  • customs clearance
  • logistical disruptions outside of our control.

Freight & High-Value Shipments

Certain robotics systems or large equipment may require freight or LTL shipping.

For freight shipments:

  • delivery appointments may be required
  • customers must inspect shipments upon delivery
  • any visible damage must be documented on the carrier delivery receipt before
    signing.

Failure to inspect and document damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a
claim with the carrier.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable,
except in cases where:

  • a shipping error was made by TVC Robotics
  • required by applicable law.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the terms described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping charges related to returned items may be deducted where applicable.
